a nonprofit for nonprofits
the ripple of serving
“Pebble Tossers has been a tremendous support with our monthly meal donations. Kate’s Club has been introduced to so many new volunteers using this easy way to give back. We love that this volunteering opportunity can be done as a family or be used as a part of service hours for school.”

Vetted Nonprofits
Safety is very important to Pebble Tossers. We want our youth volunteers to feel secure when they are in a new area or with new people. While we encourage people to step out of their comfort zone and experience new situations, we firmly believe that your safety comes first. All of our nonprofit partners are vetted for reliability, safety, and quality of projects.
-
Variety of Cause Areas + Projects
We know each member of a family has different interests. Serving with Pebble Tossers allows volunteers to experience many types of projects across 12 different cause areas. We feature a different cause area each month and provide you with educational resources suitable for dinner table discussions.
-
Leadership + Education
Pebble Tossers projects have trained Service Leaders who lead or collaborate with onsite volunteer coordinators. Our Service Leaders have a heart for serving. They want you to have a rich experience and they know how we can meet the needs of the nonprofit partners.
-
Snacks + Fun
Let’s face it, having fun is an important part of a service project! Sharing snacks together with the clients we serve is yet another way to engage with them. Whether it’s making s’mores with someone living on the street or playing rock, paper, scissors for the last donut hole at the BeltLine, we want our volunteers to experience and share the love of serving.
Finding volunteer opportunities with my kids on my own was a bit of a struggle. With Pebble Tossers, there is an abundance !
