Unless otherwise noted on this website, you should assume that all content on the website, and the website as a whole, is the property of Pebble Tossers, Inc. You may not download or save a copy of the website or any portion thereof, for any purpose. However you may print a copy of individual screens appearing as part of the website solely for your personal, non-commercial use or records, provided that any intellectual property marks, logos or other legends that appear on the copied screens remain on, and are not removed from the printed or stored images of such screens. All volunteer project confirmation forms may be downloaded, printed, and used for volunteering purposes.
Third Party Organizations Posting Volunteer Opportunities
When a third party organization posts information on Pebble Tossers’ website (PTW), our staff will make an initial detailed review of the organization and the posted volunteer opportunity. PTW allows other organizations to post and update information regarding their mission and needs. Pebble Tossers will not be responsible for third party websites or content. We encourage you to do additional research about organizations of interest before participating in their posted activities. If you are a minor, have a parent or guardian help you navigate the site and select a volunteer opportunity. Additionally, a parent or guardian should always accompany a minor when meeting with an organization for the first time.

We accept no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any injury or damages to any person or property caused in connection with such dealings, as well as any cause of action, claims, suits or demands that may arise as a result of such injury or damage. Pebble Tossers, Inc. strongly recommends that all children under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult or guardian while volunteering at any location.

Some general demographic data may be used by Pebble Tossers for research on volunteer trends or as requested by Foundations for specific grant purposes. Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
“Do Not Track” Disclosures

Terms of Membership

Agreement
By signing up as Pebble Tossers member, you agree to be bound by the following terms of membership. You have also read and agree with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Pebble Tossers reserves the right to update and change its Terms of Membership. You can always review the most current version of the Terms of Membership on this page.
Signup Terms
You must be 18 years or older and provide your full legal name, gender, date of birth, street address, phone number and email address. You must create a user name and password to login to your account and you are responsible for keeping your login details private. Pebble Tossers is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your login information. Pebble Tossers reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modifications to Services and Prices
Pebble Tossers reserves the right to modify or terminate services for any reason, with or without notice, and shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of its services. Membership prices may change at any time, but will not affect your then-current subscription, which will continue for the remainder of the year for which you have paid. Subscribers who select automatic yearly renewal will be charged for the then-current annual subscription price.
Membership Payments
All payments are to be made through the use of a credit card, carried out by a third party partner of Pebble Tossers. Membership dues are annual, starting on the date of your payment. You may select whether your subscription will be a one-time payment or recur annually. If you select a one-time payment, your subscription will automatically terminate one year following your initial subscription; you may extend your subscription by completing a membership subscription again. If you select a yearly recurring membership payment, your payment will be processed on each subsequent anniversary from the date of your original subscription unless you notify us of your desire to terminate your subscription at least 10 days prior to the expiration of the then-current annual term. We will provide you notice 30 days prior to your renewal. Pebble Tossers is not responsible if your credit card payment is not accepted at the initial subscription or any recurring payment.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), are transferred unencrypted and involve (i) transmissions over various networks; and (ii) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit Card information is always encrypted during transfer over (third party) networks. You understand that all payments through credit card are not carried out by Pebble Tossers but by a third party partner of Pebble Tossers. Therefore, all claims should be addressed to such third party and you should always read the terms of service of any third party payment processor.
Use of Membership and Services
Your use of Pebble Tossers’ services is at your sole risk. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
