Q:I have a current membership; why do I need a new account? Are my past service records still available?
A:To begin using the new membership portal, you will need to create a new password in order to access your information. Your current demographic information transferred into the new account. We also have your past service data available if needed. Email membership@pebbletossers.org for more information.

I had an automatic renewal set up; is that still in place?
A:In order to continue your automatic renewal, please enter your payment information within your membership profile.

Q:
I have a family membership that includes minors whose service participation and hours I help manage. How can I add and register everyone together for the same service project?
A:The current version of the volunteer management service can only support individual registrations. Each family member must register for the service project separately through their accounts. To manage your dependent’s service participation and hours, visit the Relationships tab in your account settings and switch to the desired account for full account access.
